Our Leadership
There is a crisis of leadership in our society. It is
our hope to provide and develop godly leaders, starting
with our fellowship. Our model for church leadership
comes straight out of God’s word, with the Lord Jesus
Christ as the head of His church. We also believe that
God is pleased to call out pastors or elders from among
a local body of believers. It is the desire of our
elders, Kenny Noblett,
Brian Whitman and Spencer Essenpreis,
to provide humble, godly leadership.

Kenny Noblett
Kenny and his wife Kathy have two children, Kari and
Kaleb. Kenny earned a B.S. degree from St. Joseph’s
College and the Master of Biblical Studies from Dallas
Theological Seminary. Kenny has served as a pastor and
has been active in various church ministries. Kathy is
gifted in ministry to children as well as vocal and
instrumental music. Kari is married to Spencer
Essenpreis. Kaleb is a senior at Reitz Memorial High
School in Evansville and will attend Union
University in Jackson, TN, in the fall.

children, Abigail and Rebekah. Brian has served as a
pastor and youth pastor, and he has been active in
various church ministries. He is passionate about the
faithful exposition of the Word of God. Erin is gifted

being shown forth to all the world through ministry and
evangelism.
